Our wood-based bio-ink is fully compatible with both inkjet and flexographic printing. It performs reliably on porous and non-porous surfaces like paper, cardboard, plastic, and metal. Successfully tested on commercial barcode inkjet systems and flexographic pilot lines, it shows excellent adhesion, fast drying, and high print clarity—without any hardware modifications.
Unlike conventional inks made from petroleum-based polymers, pigments, and solvents, our ink is entirely derived from wood residues through a clean extraction process. It contains no synthetic binders, carbon black, or toxic additives, making it a safe, compostable, and biodegradable alternative.
Using our ink reduces the carbon footprint of printing and packaging by up to 84% through local sourcing, low-energy processing, and elimination of fossil materials. It also improves recyclability and reduces water pollution linked to de-inking in traditional recycling.
