On June 17\u201318, 2025, Orfonc\u00e9 inc.<\/strong> had the privilege of participating in the Climate Solutions Prize Festival 2025<\/strong> in Montreal, Canada, a gathering that brought together investors, companies, startups, and decision-makers from across North America, all committed to tackling climate change through innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orfonc\u00e9 president, Dr. Chahardeh, presented Wood Ink, Orfonc\u00e9\u2019s 100% bio-based, petroleum-free ink developed from Canadian forestry waste. Designed as a sustainable alternative for the packaging and printing industries, Wood Ink reduces carbon footprint while improving recyclability and composability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The feedback and interest we received during the event were highly encouraging, reaffirming the relevance of our mission: to provide practical, scalable solutions that bridge scientific innovation and environmental responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A highlight of our participation was the opportunity to pitch Orfonc\u00e9\u2019s vision \u2014 transforming forestry waste into clean, renewable bio-ink \u2014 and to connect with stakeholders who share our commitment to building a sustainable future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We extend our sincere thanks to Cycle Momentum for their invitation and support. Looking ahead, Orfonc\u00e9 Inc. hopes to contribute even further, perhaps as early as next year, by providing Wood Ink for printing the festival\u2019s name badges and materials.
